Winter at Val Kill

This is the Stone Cottage at Val Kill, one of the outbuildings of Franklin Roosevelt’s home Springwood in Hyde Park, New York. Eleanor Roosevelt lived next door after Franklin’s death, continuing her work with the United Nations and other worthy causes.
