Half Dome

It is really hard to take a bad photo of Half Dome, and really great to be back in my favorite place in the world – Yosemite National Park in California.

It was nice to get back to the desert after an amazing summer in Alaska. This is some of the sandstone formation inside Lower Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona.

This seen was just so beautiful I had to pull over and try and capture it. This is somewhere in British Columbia on my drive down from Alaska.


Fall Reflections

This was another great reflection photo – too good to pass up. Somewhere on the Klondike Highway in the Yukon Territory.

This lake was so still and the reflection was so great that even on a cloudy day it was beautiful. This is somewhere along the Klondike Highway between Skagway, Alaska and Carcross, Yukon Territory.

I do like little rural churches. This one is in Carcross in the Yukon Territory of Canada.

This is the White Pass and Yukon Railway Train pulled into the station in Carcross, Yukon Territory in Canada. It looked like a model train set to me.

It was cool to see this train from the Yukon and White Pass Railway emerge from the fog near the cemetery outside of Skagway, Alaska.

It has been many years since I have been to Skagway, Alaska. It is still a great place and a lot of fun. This is on the main street.
