This is the lovely Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton National Park in Alberta. With all the smoke in the air, I went heavy on the vignette to give it a bit of a sinister feel. It is a pretty cool spot though.
I haven’t spent a lot of time on the west side of Glacier National Park in Montana. It was nice to see some new places.

This is the famous Cornstalk Fence Hotel in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The fence was erected in 1840 when the owner wanted to ease the homesickness of wife who was from Iowa. It has had many famous guests, perhaps most notably the Clintons and Elvis Presley.
I love this sign! This is the Thunderbird Restaurant in Mt. Carmel Junction in Utah.
This beautiful inn sits right at the end of Ocean Street in Cape May, New Jersey. What a wonderful building, and surprisingly only a block from the beach.
This funky roadhouse/bar/café/hotel in Austin, Nevada definitely deserves a stop. It was an eclectic place for sure, but they cooked me up a delicious lunch.
The Lakeview Hotel was looking pretty creepy in the afternoon fog when I was there. I think it’s probably different on a sunny day on the lake. This is in downtown Wawa, Ontario.
I thought this was a beautiful Victorian mansion which also serves as a bed and breakfast in lovely Ferndale, California.
