I am a fan of carousels. This one is in Boston Common.
Cheers from Boston, Massachusetts.
This really is such a great space in the middle of busy Boston, Massachusetts.
It was such a nice day to be in Boston and I really like the swan boats there.
I took this photo by the lake in Tolland State Park in Massachusetts. It was a beautiful evening on the lake.
This picture is by the lake in Tolland State Park in Massachusetts. The colors just kept getting better as the evening progressed.
This is nighttime at Quincy Market in Boston, Massachusetts with the Old Custom House in the background. The giant Christmas tree is hiding off to the left.
This was just after the lights came on at Quincy Market, but while it was still light enough to see the clouds and the blue sky. I like the lights on the trees. This shot is from Boston, Massachusetts.
The color of the lights in this scene was fantastic. They were warmer than most city lights. This is looking past the Old State House with the Boston Custom House in the background right around dusk.
This is the beautiful Old South Meeting House in Boston, Massachusetts. Historically, it was the largest meeting house in colonial Boston and served as a gathering point for public meetings and debate. It was from here that the event history would call the Boston Tea Party was born. Today, I think it is a marvelous look at Boston – old and new, modern and colonial mixed together in reasonable harmony.
Fall is definitely coming into full force here in Massachusetts. I didn’t quite catch the colors as much as I wanted to. I’ll have plenty of time to work on it this week. This is near the top of Mount Greylock, the highest mountain in Massachusetts.
