Zion National Park in Utah never ceases to humble and amaze me. The cliffs of Zion are never far from my thoughts and it is always a pleasure to be back.
I like tiny Grafton ghost town in southeast Utah. I have taken a lot of photos here. This house has been getting some work done to preserve it over the last few years. Life was tough in Grafton, but the scenery is hard to beat.

I’m not even really sure what this mountain is, but it is always very striking as I drive in and out of Zion National Park inn southern Utah. This is right around sunset.

Grafton is billed as the “best preserved ghost town in Utah”. It has received a lot of care and upkeep since my first visit there many years ago, but I guess it’s better than just letting it disintegrate in the desert sun. It is certainly a cool place to visit, and beautiful right at sunset.
